PRIVACY STATEMENT

The ACTU is the legal owner of the Your Rights at Work (“YRAW”) web site.  The ACTU is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to its affiliated web sites, and provides the following Internet Privacy Statement to make you aware of the manner in which information is collected, disclosed, protected and used on the YRAW web site.

Purpose of the Privacy Statement

The ACTU is strongly committed to protecting your privacy while interacting with our site.

Except as otherwise stated, the ACTU does not disclose or publish personal information collected through its website without consent.  Access to this information is restricted to ACTU staff and consultants who are bound to respect the privacy of this information.
